Delete your data
In the app (fastest)
- Open GoParents and go to Settings.
- Open Privacy.
- Tap Delete my data and confirm.
What gets deleted
Right away, from our servers:
- Stay together shares, invites, shared locations and danger alerts
- Your notification addresses
- Your quick tags and changing-table answers
- Your place in your family group (and its shared lists, if you were the last member)
- Your phone’s random IDs
And on your phone: favorites, Organize lists, reminders and your supporter record.
What we may keep
- Records of tips, which Google Play keeps and we keep as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Emails you sent us, for up to 1 year.
- Short-lived technical logs kept by our hosting providers for security.
No longer have the app?
Shared data expires on its own: shared locations within about a day after sharing ends (never more than 8 days), and shared lists 6 months after their last change. To ask us about anything else, email edwin_nar@hotmail.com.
